Andrew is Reader in Archival Studies and Oral History, and the Director of the Archives and Records Management in the Department of Information Studies at University College London. He is also a member of the Community Archives and Heritage Group executive committee in the United Kingdom and was extremely impressed with the practices and processes he saw operating at the Museum.
