The organising committee is looking forward to the 37th annual Merimbula Jazz Festival in 2017. A remarkable achievement for a small seaside town in southern NSW! They are so fortunate to have such a welcoming location, marvellous venues, the ongoing support of so many musicians, the solid base provided by the Festival’s founders, the assistance of local volunteers and sponsors, and, of course, the support of Jazz Lovers who come from far and wide.

By all accounts the 2016 festival was a great musical success maintaining the high standards which we strive to achieve. They try to maintain the basic formula for this event which has served us so successfully for so long but will always examine possible improvements. The 2017 Festival will be held exclusively in Merimbula venues.
